ECHO Players now holds the contract with the City of Parksville to coordinate the community rentals for the SHELLY ROAD COMMUNITY CENTRE.

In the 1980’s and 90’s, the Shelly Road Centre was the public works yard for the City of Parksville. Since 2000, the building has been used by community groups and organizations. In 2013, the area where Shelly Hall is located was designated parkland and in 2015, the Pioneer Crescent Neighbourhood Residents Association requested formal park status and since that time have worked to improve the area with the addition of trees, plantings, pathways benches and picnic tables.

The Shelly Road Centre, located at 186 Shelly Road, is available for rental by community groups, organizations, and individuals. For information please contact:

Village Theatre
110 W 2nd Ave Qualicum Beach

The Village Theatre is occasionally available for rental. The auditorium offers the full stage, or just the apron in front of the red curtains. The green room is also available as a meeting space. For availability and to inquire, please visit the booking page.
